ALEX POXADA Born 1983 in the great city of Chicago.
A City full of History & Nightlife, which he would leave to migrate to what he would call his home, COLOMBIA. His love for music started in the early days of his childhood playing around with his father records and tapes figuring out & improvising the junction of two songs.

At the age of 12 he managed to create his first mixes cutting & pasting pieces of tape with songs recorded from the radio. His style of music was based on dark grooves, African / Latin tendencies (TRIBAL HOUSE & TECHNO) and under the influence of such artist like Carl Cox & Danny Tenaglia Turning to the age of 14 he got his 1st mixing equipment, however, this mixing equipment was lacking pitch which made him acquire a great expertise in mixing due to difficult task of mixing with bad equipment. He started throwing parties creating good musical vibes among the many who had the grace of hearing him.

Getting recognized by his outrageous talent at a young age
