Alex Kelman - Musican / Dj / Promoter and founder of legendary Russian indietronic band Punk TV. Started as a Dj in 1996, had to share one stage with Bonaparte, Unkle, Bondage Fairies, Dub FX, Happy Mondays, Peaches, Toro y Moi and many other big indie acts, resident of own IceCreamDisco parties, playin a mixture of indietronic with disco and techno items.
