Bogotá, Colombia
A few years after arriving in Bogotá, I learned how to transform my love for music into something tangible. I started my journey as a DJ since 2011 by playing in different restaurants and clubs in the city, and after a while, I managed to perform in the most important venues of the city, took part in festivals, composed sets for national radio stations, and had publications in magazines.
That same year, I started a music project called Slōh together with Don G, and focused on the dancefloor by playing techno, dub, and house. We participated in the Warm-up Sónar (Bogotá), Storyland, INPUT.. In 2017, we presented “Metamorphosis” in collaboration with VJ Redman, an audiovisual proposal inspired by the musical pieces of Philip Glass, was showcased at the Planetarium of Bogotá and in “MAMBO Alive”.
In 2018, I made another jump, this time alone with sets ranging from electro, techno and house music. A mix of sounds sometimes tricky to classify but when combined... DANCE HAPPENS!
