Alex Batiqua is a Russian house music producer, a native Saint-Petersburg, the country's main artistic hub.
He has picked up his passion for music early in his childhood. It was the tickling noise of the bobbins that first led him to the idea of playing with sounds. He started his career early deejaying at school dances and various community gatherings.
Since 2008 Alex has been gaining recognition outside Russia after a number of singles and remixes have been released internationally. In 2010 his remix on Moonbeam's single "The Lilt" has seen the light of day through Black Hole Recordings and was included into the most popular shows with Marcus Shultz, Sander Van Doorn, Rich Solarstone and others...
Currently Alex hosts a world-wide weekly "Ink Bonkers" radio show and continues producing tracks. Additionally, he's got a number of interesting collaborations coming in 2014..
