DJ Alex I lives in the south Bronx He was born on September of 1957 At the age of 13 Alex could not resist any longer and started spinning and playing disco music. As soon as I got a taste of house music it developed into love quickly, finding it the only music beside disco that touches my soul. DJ Alex grew up listening to DJs like Tony Humphries, Timmy Registford and Tony's smooth mixing, blending records and the aggressive style of deep house and soulful house Dennis Ferrer who he had the privilege to work with. Giving me some pointers on how to work the records and to control playing on big systems, working with the cross-over and more.
