I met electronic dance music in 1986, in the shape of early acid-house music, in the first club which was offering that kind of music in Italy. It was love at the first sight, which turned into an ever growing love relation, which has over the years encompassed all the different forms of electronic dance & electronic chill music, as well as all the different ways of partying, from clubs to afterhours to full-moon parties to festivals, in various parts of our amazing planet.
As a dj, I collect what I call “intelligent sound”. My favorite choice is a cross-over of a few genders (techno/house/progressive/trance), playing sets of tracks which stand with one foot in one style and the other one in another style, creating a sound which is therefore not immediately identifiable in a specific gender, keeping the curiosity of the listener alive and the set more flexible & creative, giving me the possibility to smoothly turn into the direction which best suits the situation & the crowd.
