PUNTOS is a DJ from Mexico City.
He is styling in the use of light, harmonious and hypnotic sounds such like african chants in his DJ sets, reminding us of the roots and the way life should be celebrated.
Starting his musical career at the age of 13 playing guitar, piano and bass; and getting involved in Mexico City’s nightlife as a DJ an RP.
If you ask for defining PUNTOS style playing in the decks it would be described as a mix between downtempo/organic and afro house, including a dash of indie dance and melodic house.
He’s an active member of FUTURO Records and has participated in several parties with some of the most important national DJ’s with BiEn MeXa project. He has also shared stage with international artists in FUTURO parties, such as Biesmans, Yamil, Kid Simius, Alex Medina, Santiago García, Musumeci, Toto Chavietta.
