you can never go wrong with delano, was nice to hear that track again, hadn't heard it for awhile (love the sample in it, decided to look it up, from the film the mack (1973). really like this set man, so nice.. that four hands track is beautiful, it sounds familiar and i think i've heard most of the stuff off claremont..ocean by yuri another lovely track.. as is that vince watson... yeah with b12, kenny larkin etc. this is def a roots kinda mix from what i've gathered listening to your sets and chatting in comments with you before... takes me back hearing a few of these man.. java was my fave off that album of his... great set, hope you do more of these in the future.. cheers
Nice one for the comment Carmont, I just can;t help myself... i always tend to mix up the old with the new and i have always been a fan of chilled out electronic music so classic artists like B12 & Kenny Larkin just deserve to be brought back out from the archives every now and then. I'll def be doing up more on this vibe for sure ... i can play this style of music for hours to be honest and never be bored. I always Dj and put together sets of music that i want to listen to at home. It's just a bonus when other people enjoy them to :) Thanks again mate. Been digging your ambient laid back mixes also.

haha all good mate.. yeah we have a lot of the same history when it comes to early 90s if I recall you did that Detroit mix recently... I've used some oldies from back in the day in almost every ambient/chilled set I've done to so far.. honestly I think I enjoy doing the chilled mixes the most, I seem to listen to them more often after i'm done.. whereas the dnb or house ones I tend to get bored of pdq
