Where do I start? I completed my degree in Applied Animal Sciences in 2009, the reason being is because I'm really passionate about animal welfare/ conservation. In my third year I was lucky enough to travel around South Africa on a conservation expedition which was incredible, I learn't so much and had the best time, seeing wild animals in their natural habitat is amazing. Once I completed my degree I went to work in North Finland where I was lucky enough to work as a Husky Guide with the indigenous people of Finland, Samis. I was working long days in temperatures that avergaed -20, it was hard work but again, a once in a life time experience. More recently my finance and I camped out in the Sahra Desert which was absolutely breath taking, I can't explain it, you've just got to go! I now work for The Prince's Trust with the view to develop myself so I can move into an animal conservation charity.
