Aiko Violet cover image

London, United Kingdom

Aiko Violet, takes her influences from her half Japanese and Filipino heritage and time spent living in London. By day she works in production. But her newfound passion is DJing.
She’s started DJing seriously only in the last 12 months and has already racked up a slew of important local gigs in East London. Many venues in Hackney, private parties, and the Euro 2020 at Potters field.

Her musical interest really began when she started doing the door for REVIVEHER. You may have seen her over the years playing a pivotal role behind the scenes, whether it’s the cloakroom, guestlist, artist liaison or production (those gigantic balloons)!

She cites these REVIVEHER previous guests as some of her biggest influences: Farley Jackmaster Funk (who discussed her filming a documentary); Tim Sweeney, Bell Towers, Chida, Gonno, Public Possession, Interstellar Funk, Young Marco, Nick The Record, Bicep and Tornado Wallace. It’s not surprising that her selections are on point with such a list of cult
