Adam Charles Hadsall, better known by his pseudonym, AC, was surprised when people started taking notice in his music. Being a young, new rapper hailing from Kansas City, AC’s witty and lyrical style are the things that have led him to create a buzz, not only in Kansas City, but also when he made his move to the southwest in Phoenix, AZ. AC started his rap career during his freshman year of high school in a small town south of Kansas City called Paola. AC’s raw and intelligent style is what continues to set him apart from other artists. He is influenced strongly by his family, friends, and fans as well as artist ranging from Jay-Z, Immortal Technique, and Talib Kweli, to Bruno Mars, Tech N9ne, and Rage against the Machine. “I write for the purpose of being lyrical, and ingenious. If you listen to my songs there are always clever Punchlines and twisted metaphors, which isn’t easy to do.”
