A face-tattooed fugitive know as 'Modboy' has continued to taunt police online, before revealing the bizarre reason he won't hand himself.  

Ethan Bramble, 23, has tattoos to 98 per cent of his body including his eyeballs and all over his face.

Victorian Police on Wednesday announced they had issued a warrant for his arrest, noting Bramble was known to frequent Melbourne's CBD, Preston, Windsor and Ringwood. 

But Bramble, who is from the New South Wales' Central Coast, suggested he was no longer in Victoria and said he didn't expect officers to extradite him.
