The Art & Design Club (ADC) at CUNY City College of Technology was founded in 2009 by a group of design students who desired to create a stronger community within their school. The ADC is managed and kept alive by the passion of students seeking to make a difference in design. We plan and host events called “Meet the Pros.” Meet the Pros allows creatives from the industry to share their individual passion behind why they value design with other future designers. Additionally, we plan agency tours and workshops to continue to build networking opportunities within our university. Although planning and executing these tasks require a great amount of hard work, we enjoy doing what we love.
At the ADC we encourage each other to build a stronger community and provide support to persevere despite of the odds against us.
