Access Community Radio is the dream of David Oldfield, a man with learning disabilities living in Peterborough UK. He has been a massive radio fan for many years and has always dreamt of being a radio personality. So together with the radio presenters on community radio in his locality, David has brought together a team of varied and experienced dj's and presenters to create a radio station by people with disabilities. A concept that is unique to Peterborough.
