Firstly I was a listener like everyone, I guess. Then at 16 years old thanks to one of my best friends, I had my first contact with a Vestax PMC07-Pro and turntables.
Definitely something had been planted deeply inside me.
I had (and still have) a very eclectic taste in music : from classical music to heavy d&b. But at the beginning, I was impressed and influenced by artists like Dave Clarke or Jeff Mills.
Then a huge shift and a revelation happened in 2003 : James Holden - Balance 005 ! Waaouu...
From this moment, progressive house became my dope.
Switching between listener and sort of really amateur DJ for few years, it's only in 2010 that my DJ-side became one of the most important things in my life.
First party, first live, first contact with the crowd, first promo set for Frisky Radio in 2011 : MydriaticEyes was born.
