Maddux began his musical journey at an early age by learning to play classical instruments including the violin, piano and flute. Growing up, Maddux was influenced by the likes of John Digweed, Sasha, Nick Warren, Danny Tenaglia and more via the Global Underground series, which he used as inspiration as he incorporated his love for sound into electronic music. He began dj-ing in Seoul Korea then moved to Los Angeles where he currently resides. Maddux’s sound is best described as true house & techno with unmistakable underground characteristics.
