I fell in love with drum & bass in about 1993.
Saying that, it was all pretty atmospheric jungle until I went to Brighton in '95 and got both barrels of the sounds down south - the Super Sharp Shooter EP rocked me to the core, and was the point of no return.
As a DJ, I do my thing. I play what I feel explores the edges of the genre but always like to keep musical vibes intact; it has to have soul! i’ll never be the best DJ technically, but I play with a love for DnB and always music I love and from the heart.
I do like and love other kinds of music, but D&B for me is more than that - it transcends - census status religion = D&B.
