DJ, promoter, and music enthusiast alike, Harrison McGuire is a product of his New York City upbringing. He spent his early days as a break-dancing as an apprentice for the Supreme Beings, and that B-Boy backbeat has never left him. Music has always been part of Harrison’s DNA, his father a talented Jazz saxophonist and his mother a funk and soul aficionado.

Harrison began tinkering with turn tables at house parties during his college years, slowly honing his skills as a young DJ. At the age of 30, he got his first gig at a local club in Denver, leading him to perform for special events and local art shows. Though new to the scene, Harrison has been developing groovematic sound for over a decade and is slowly becoming a local name in the Denver music scene.

For Harrison, it’s all about his audience. To set the mood, he feels out the crowd, and tailors a deep hypnotic groove to the crowd’s energy.
