Former amateur psy-trance producer (1995 to 2000). Took a long break due to health issues but now trying to get back into writing. My set-up is very humble; Yamaha CS1X and E-MU 'Extreme Lead' synths, and a Yamaha SU10 sampler. This all hooks-up to an ancient DAW (Steinberg's Cubase V2) running on an old Atari 1040ste; the computer that started it all.

Everything is in storage at the moment due to personal circumstances so for now, I'm composing tracks with Jummbox; an excellent little writing tool that's totally free and can produce some good sounds... if you have the time and patience to learn the program (it's easy!).

I've moved away from psy-trance and I'm discovering techno for the first time; so, hopefully you can expect to hear some of that from me in the not-so-distant future. I don't intend tying myself down to one particular style/genre though, so who knows what may materialise!.

Write music primarily for yourself; if others like it, then see that as a bonus 👍
