“The Zion House Reggae Programme w/selector Bredren Markus I is back! Going back nearly two decades, Markus began releasing recordings from his secretly located studio complete with authentic roots reggae from classic artists but with a heavy emphasis on independent and lesser known roots artists. Starting from cassette-only releases, early editions of the show featured sound effects, excerpts from sermons, and original recordings from Markus himself all interspersed amongst the reggae selections, always selected with a theme in mind. A few subsequent recordings were made available on compact disc, but in this new era, the Zion House Reggae Programme is available in a digital format for all to enjoy and be blessed by.” Mike Roots .
