Younootz was born in 1984 and grew up in Sighisoara, Romania. From childhood on, he was interested of music. At the age of fifteen/sixteen this became a bit more specific, by hearing a lot of HipHop and Indie. But also Jazz, Nu-Jazz, Soul and electronic music became more and more important.

2002 he moved to Nurenberg, Germany for educational reasons. From this moment on he also worked on his DJ skills to take the sound of to the next level of the music they have heard.
