EL LOBO is a DJ, queer activist, and performance artist. Born and raised in Panama City, Panama, this son of Aby Ayala, he grew up immersed in the pulse of Latin rhythms—Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, Guaracha, Cumbia, Pop, telenovela ballads, and Reggaeton.
They defines his musical curation as “Música Verguerosa”, crafted for the “Perreo pa’ lxs Perrxs”: unapologetic, sweaty, and defiant. Behind the decks, his raw and irreverent pinche personality electrifies the dance floor, compelling bodies to move and surrender.
Through music and embodied performance, EL LOBO confronts and processes his lived experiences of discrimination, transforming sound and flesh into tools of protest and liberation. His work is deeply informed by street culture, electronic music, and LGBTQI+ ballroom culture—spaces where resistance, pleasure, and identity collide.
