Ed King is no stranger to audio production. Already making a name for himself via his DnB project “XSETRA”, Ed has raised eyebrows and tickled ears at a host of gigs and festivals both in his home country of Australia, and across the Tasman in neighbouring NZ.

Not content to be pigeonholed, Ed has a diverse musical palette, including DnB/Neuro stylings, psychedelic and progressive trance, his sublime downtempo/glitch project “Lok” - and now seeks to rupture the odd spleen or two with straight up no frills Techno.

One consistent thing unifies these apparently diverse releases - A focus on tight, well programmed rhythms, solid production skills, diverse soundscapes and a little something that can only be described as “soul”. With some of the most respected events in the Oz underground giving ed stage time and labels starting to show keen interest, X-TEC is the focus of deep hefty Techno side of his productions.
