I am a music fan with a particular interest in blues, rock and metal. My partner is multi-award nominated guitarist, singer-songwriter Neil Sadler. I enjoy the friendships that I have made as a consequence of assisting and working with Neil. Neil's first solo album Past to Present was informed by his and my own cancer diagnoses in 2023. Soon after its release this album went to No. 1 in the IBBA Chart and became their No.1 Album of 2024. In Janary 2025, it was announced that Past to Present had been nominated for UK Blues Federation Awards in two categories: UK Blues Tradional Artist of the Year 2025 and UK Blues Album of the Year 2025. Subsequently, Neil’s album was shortlisted as UK Blues Album of the Year 2025. A song co-written with Malaya Blue was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2022. Without the airplay and support from all of our broadcaster friends we would not have had this success. Thank you everyone who has championed us, turned up at shows and bought the merch.
