Vinyl Vault – DJ TRU – D

My key interest in contributing with the show is my complete love of music across the genres. I am avid vinyl collector (read junkie!) of 30 plus years, in which time I have amassed a personal collection of around 12,000 records. So over the decades the amount of hours I have spent rifling through stacked racks and dusty crates in the search for those 'must have' tunes is a touch on the ridiculous side....

The idea for the Vinyl Vault is a slot which focussed on music, some well-known and some not so, with the focus on disco and Philly soul of the late seventies and then crossing over into the early eighties electronic sounds of synth pop and disco boogie.

Vinyl Vault is part of the Acrylic Mink Radio Stars and goes out on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 10pm on www.reelrebelsradio.com.
