Born from the Montreal industrial scene, VNFX (Geneviève Tellier) made her debut at the Chill House in 2008. To offer a new musical alternative to Montreal’s underground scene and to promote new bands and the new harsh industrial and powernoise sounds, she organized the F.U.B.A.R. events between 2009 and 2011, first at the Piranha Bar and then moved to Bar Passeport. During those events, she performed with many renowned DJs and at different events such as the Dimanches Bruyants, Badass nights, Pandemonium festival, Renaissance Festival and Earth Dance 2012-13.
More interested in electronic music than ever, in 2012, VNFX turns herself towards psytrance, minimal , progressive and electronic music while keeping true to her industrial and powernoise roots. 2012 also sees the return of the F.U.B.A.R. nights at the Piranha Bar. https://www.facebook.com/DJVNFX
