Tirikilatops band is a collaborative effort between UK and South Korean artists/musicians. Together they create Avant Garde K-pop combiniing kimchi beats, pop sensibilities, offbeat lyrics, dayglo colours, hacked keyboards, rice wine, halloween attitudes and super earworm melodies.
Tirikilatops recent gigs include shows in the UK, South Korea and Japan. Festivals such as Supersonic Festival, Supernormal Festival, Zandari Festival (South Korea), Other Worlds Festival, Uk, Sounds from the other City Festival Uk, Beatherder Festival Uk, BBC Introducing live and more.
After their performance at Supersonic Festival 2018 BBC Radio6 Stuart Maconie's Freak Zone invited Tirikilatops to compile an hour long Freak Zone playlist that aired Sept 2nd 2018. This in turn inspired them to create their own radio show.
Forthcoming is a coloured vinyl 7in on Must Die Records.
