Efrain aka This Confussion, is one of the pioneers in the electronic music movement of Northwest Mexico.
Started as a DJ in 1997 and as a music producer in 2011.
As the years pass by, his sound keeps evoluting and nowadays it’s a blend of subgenres of indie dance, house and techno, with strong bass lines, harmonic melodies and intelligent minimalism or progressive structures.
He has shared stages in Mexico, USA and Canada with a long list of international talent wich includes Henry Saiz, Oliver Giaccamotto, Paul Ritch, Wehbba, Minilogue, Blond:ish, Dave Seaman, Ellen Allien, M.A.N.D.Y., Pezzner, Lee Foss, Hot Since 82, D-Nox & Beckers, Derrick May, Doc Martin, Hollen, Guy J, Magit Cacoon, Worakls, and many more.
His productions are being spported by many artists worldwide including Felix Da Housecat, Nick Warren, Chris Fortier, Anthony Pappa, Kintar, Bog, Guy Mantzur, Danny Tenaglia, Eelke Klejin and Betoko.
He is one of the two brains behind the mexican label Mandarina Records.
