Greetings

Pedro Carlos, aka dj Vortex, was born in Lisbon, Portugal. He started going to psychedelic trance events and playing there in 1996, after several years palying in bands of ghotic rock, and Punk background. During this time he also started organizing small trance parties with Ecliptica,
Vortex has been a trance dj for over 20 years now and created his own style developing good mixing skills as well as a sense on sequencing the tracks through the set, creating a psychedelic journey.

Vortex creates Ecliptica (Org.of Psichedelic Events) in 1997 and it still remains today. He was invited to be a Kagdila Rec. dj from 2002/2003 to 2008.Now is a Deck Wizard from and Ecliptica and his preference is Psychedelic Forest.
His taste is mostly in the 145 to 148 bpm range, with powerful kicks, nice groove and twisted sounds,with mystic, he likes heavey rolling tracks ,with a good story, and melodic stompers. however we see him making several kind of psychedelic, Forest, Dark,Goa and prog.
