Urban Kinetic is a California based duo that formed when the two members lamar lovegood and DrewLaDon met during freshman year of high school where the two decided to form a group and start writing. They originally went under the name Brainwashed Media until changing the name to Urban Kinetics, after feeling like the outcasts to urban society within their high school. After hearing local artist from around the area Urban Kinetic decided to take their craft of writing lyrics more serious, When they felt the local artist were releasing music without potential and felt they could give society something they could relate to.
