The ROC Show is a radio program that broadcasts every Monday night from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM on 104.3 WAYO FM in Rochester, NY. The show features local and regional original bands in Upstate NY, as well as local and regional businesses and events that bring more culture and more life to our 585 community in general. The show will have special guest co-hosts to frequent the program on the regular.
