EL MUNTZ & DJ MR. MOM combined forces in early 2018 on the airwaves of a community radio station in North Portland. They began DJ'ing around Portland, eventually evolved into LOS HELLFISH, and became renowned for their golden sound.

MOM & Muntz subscribe to no particular genre ethos other than "FUCK GENRE." If pressed, they'll tell you they love PDX Hip-Hop, low rider oldies, classic funk, R&B, roots reggae, and lots of other meaningless genre signifiers. Bottom line, have fun, smile, get loose.
