The Great Eastern is a bohemian Brighton boozer with a pechant for American whiskey, a deep love of music and a reputation for hosting some of the best DJ sessions in town. As passionate about how we sound as hiw we taste, we thought it would be great to document and share some of the great music our rosta of DJs provide for us every weekend. diverse but always on point, our DJ sessions bridge the decades and the genres, taking in everything from classic blues, country and rock & roll, through funk, soul, latin and reggae and into hip hop, disco, boogie and beyond. If it sounds good and you can nod your head, tap your toe or cut the rug to it, we’ve probably got it going on somewhere.
