Headed by Fim, Maxibillion and Lucas, The Estate is a Nottingham based DJ/Production collective, made up of a variety of residents.

Our sets provide a high energy groove from the start till finish, combining elements from all our favourite genres, providing a unique product, which we refer to as the Sound of The Estate.
Being massive fans of a wide range of music, varying from minimal techno to drill, we didn't want to be limited to just one sound.
