So thankful I found Mixcloud! At last a reliable platform to share my passion with likeminded people. My aim? To provide every genre of dance music through a series of DJ sets; both sets I have recorded down the years and live sets for the future.
My passion for dance music started when a friend of mine brought a bag of old rave tapes from the early 90's round to my house; the hardcore sounds of DJ's like Joey Beltram, Carl Cox and Ratty. As hardcore mutated into either Jungle or Happy Hardcore, I was becoming a regular at Cream and Oakenfold, Tong and Jon Pleased were my favorite DJ's in the mid-90's. 1999 was the year of Trance and for the next 5 years I was a Gatecrasher regular.
As both a clubber and a trainspotter it was the obvious progression to become a DJ. I hope you find plenty to enjoy and I'm sure that whatever your preferred genre of music - house or hardcore, hip-hop or Techno, Trip-Hop or Trance, pop music or indie - there's something for you here...
