My aim, personally, is to serve other people. To build and develop individuals and in turn build and develop their business. To improve their lives and those of their families and communities.

So I seek to serve and meet the needs of others.

I’m a grounded, authentic person and have always believed in hard work, integrity and loyalty. When I was younger I had various roles including petrol pump attendant and tyre fitter.

My big professional break came when a man called William Lloyd, the UK Operations Director for ATS Euromaster, gave me an operations management role. I ended up running operations with a turnover of £27 million. This brought home to me that a strong work ethic, loyalty and integrity really do pay off.
