Sydney, Australia

The ABE Show is primarily hosted by two friends, Ponez (Tony Kingston) and Mark "MK" Cameron, who both have a strong passion for music of all genres. It takes place fortnightly on Mondays from 10pm until midnight. During their spare time, Ponez is a subeditor/writer for the popular Purple Sneakers website, while MK regularly keeps the atmosphere flowing around town as a skilled house DJ.

The name ‘ABE’ is based on the reformed character of Mr. Abraham Lincoln, who these days is seen carving up dance floors around Sydney while enjoying some of his favourite tunes. ABE is associated with a series of parties, which have so far taken place at venues such as The Burdekin, The Red Rattler Theatre and more frequently, Ching-a-Lings. The ABE Show specializes in the latest house, disco, ambient, indie dance and everything in between, from Australia and the rest of the world. It also features guest DJs, interviews and regular discussions on the best party destinations in the Sydney region.
