Tamara Romaniuk is a certified Somatic Counsellor and Open Floor embodied movement practitioner. Her work integrates somatic psychology, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to support resilient, meaningful change.
She has trained with leading voices in trauma and neuroscience, including Stephen Porges, Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, Tara Brach, Pat Ogden, Janina Fisher, Arielle Schwartz, and Richard Schwartz.
Her approach draws on Internal Family Systems, Parts Work, Inner Focusing, Somatic EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Tamara works with individuals, couples, and groups, and is committed to holistic, grounded, and accessible pathways of healing and reCovery.
