Journalist Sharon Dahlonega is married to veteran actor Grand L. Bush.
They are proponents of healthy family values and goodwill toward men, woman, children and animals.
Sharon is EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE MAGAZINE'S west coast bureau chief.
Sharon became America's first African American female TV weather anchor of prime time news in 1975. Her contributions to American history have been archived by the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum and Library in Michigan and the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC.
Prior to her decades-long stint in broadcast journalism, Sharon was a professional ramp and print model.
In 1993, Sharon added "Dahlonega" to her legal name in honor of her Cherokee heritage. Many of her friends in LA prefer to call her that. The name means "gold."
