Tune Time is a show is a show created to continue to celebrate and explore the roots and traditions of the rock 'n roll era. Created by the late Billy Hancock, a legendary native of the Washington, DC area. Billy provided a tremendous personal and unique insight into the music industry having performed with some of the all time greats of the modern music era, such as, Carl Perkins, Fats Domino, Gene Vincent, Roy Buchanan, Danny Gatton, the Clovers, Amos Milburn, and country stars Dottie West and Jean Shepard. Sadly, Billy passed away in January 2018 but his show goes on, as Billy would have wanted, with his brother and closest confidant, Dale, who continues to lead the show, much in the tradition and spirit of his sorely missed brother, along with his wife Mary and lifelong friend Dave.
