SwanCare Group was originally established in the early 1960’s as Swan Cottage Homes. Five decades on, we have established ourselves as one of the leading providers of accommodation for older Western Australians. SwanCare Group has built on the foundation created by Dr Richard Cleaver, who wanted to provide affordable accommodation that was safe and secure while still allowing people to socialise and feel like they are part of a community.
SwanCare Group is administered by a voluntary Board of Directors. Its members consist of recognised leaders from Western Australia’s corporate and community sector. SwanCare Group employs a dedicated workforce of more than 300 staff who support the highly qualified and experienced Management Team.
