My definition of spiritual is anything that keeps you here in the present moment so that you can experience your life in its fullest form connected to your own inner truth. All the while releasing all the outer distractions that keep you from your truest expression.

I find pleasure and fulfillment in creatively and practically expressing myself in the world through art, drawing and crafting a variety of things all in the name of creative exploration.
