Steve Madera has been DJing since 1993, and spinning house music since 1998. Born and raised in the SF Bay Area, the love affair with house music began in the mid 90's.
Steve has been influenced by DJs such as David Harness, Pete Avila, Patrick Wilson, Anita Lofton, Tony Humphries, Frankie Feliciano, Todd Dimery, Marcus Wyatt, Frankie Knuckles, Groove Assassin, Pablo Martinez, ReelSoul, David Montoya, and Jacob Rodriguez. Steve also produces, as well as remixes R&B tracks and turns them into soulful house bootlegs. Remix link attached.
Steve took a hiatus from the scene for quite some time to pursue a full time career, but recently resurrected the art! He now hosts a new House Music Mix Show called Depths of the Underground on Twitch featuring local talent and beyond. Enjoy!
