From the remnants of 80's Italo and Proto-House, two eager fanboys rose up and decided it was time for a much needed revival..

Although both already enjoyed a career in the Amsterdam dance scene, Spoetnik only met in the summer of 2015. It was amid the decadence of an Ibiza holiday that the two found each other’s better half. Their shared love for low fidelity and frighteningly similar record collections - spanning classic machine-driven House, Italo, Cold Wave and other 80s era weirdnes - soon found them forging a musical pact. Sounding galaxies apart from the status-quo, Spoetnik set out on a quest to preach their gospel.
