SpacePlant is the collaboration of four New York based producers: Master engineer/producer KOIL (Preample), musician/producers Nova (Jeff Shreiner) and Cozmik (Jordan Yaeger), and dj/producer 2001 (Jason Schabes) came together in the summer of 2011 to blow a hole in your speaker. With the goal of making unique in-your-face synthesizer driven edm, it wasn't more than a matter of weeks before they were slated for their first remix release on Ultra Records.
Within that same time the group has been in multiple studios preparing melodic and complex original tracks soon to be set for major label releases in 2012.
SpacePlant's first release is out now on Ultra Records.
