Dj Soup theChemist started expressing his love for music with his hands in 1984 while also working as a Hip Hop artist/producer, releasing 7 albums and 2 EP’s. Though, most of his work was among the underground circle, his love for music is broad. Soup’s musical style reflects influences from jazz-funk fusion, Top 40, Breaks, 70s,80’s hair metal, new wave, and dancehall. He is not limited to a certain sound. Therefore, he is labeled a Chemist who is capable of reading a crowd, and then blending the needed elements (sounds), for creating an energetic party atmosphere.
