After finding Acid House in the late 80's, and spending many weekends exploring clubs up and down the country, I eventually saved up to buy my first pair of second hand decks in the early 90's.
Together with 3 friends we began to run our own parties, starting out in my mates dad's lock-up in Borough Market - moving on to hiring small venues around London. We spent some time at The Clinic in Chinatown before bringing it all to a close in the late 90's.
After playing only for and with friends for a while, I finally explored the world of digital music, but having always loved using vinyl, decided to stick with DVS, control vinyl and my trusted 1200s, combining with the records from my collection - built up over the years.
It's now much more of a hobby, but I still enjoy spinning a few tunes and sharing mixes with friends, despite the mistakes!
