Skarsel made his first ever recording aged 4 years; using an old tape recorder he found in a skip.
Batteries were provided and he bootlegged a copy of a 4 piece string ensemble.
Cutting up radio voices and making field recordings lit a flame which would later grow..

When his best mate invited him to a session in his big bro’s studio, Skarsel picked up the bug.
After dropping out of music college aged 17 he was given a mac by his dad and started in earnest.
A string of projects varying in style and quality define Skarsel’s first decade in production.
Djing at many venues Including residensies at The Vaults, Brighton & The George Tavern London.
