The Scribble Sound System was formed in February 2009, when Scribble DJ's Tom Beary and G. Frequency joined forces with MC Little Tree and session musician Chucky to create Dublin's freshest collective. Dancehall, Reggae, Dubstep, Soulful beats and G. Frequency's original hip-hop productions are used as a solid foundation and then mixed with live scratching, effects, vocals and percussion. Scribble Sound System soon expanded to include Dublin hip-hop legends Harry Moschops & Ophelia MC topping the bill at the Castlepalooza festival in 2009 & 2010. Scribble Sound System headlined the 'Little Big Tent' at the Electric Picnic Festival 2011 with new member Bosh MC on vocal duties. Also on stage that night were extended family members Jess Kavanagh & Barry O'Neill. 2012 will see the release of 'The Virus Kids ep' on Scribble Records.
