Samir Kuliev was born in Baku Azerbaijan in 1979. In 1990 when the war broke out in Azerbaijan he and his mother migrated to Krasnodar, Russia where he graduated from Krasnodar Theater Institute and started his career as an actor. In 2000 Samir moves to Moscow and performs at the different theater venues. During this year Samir was introduced to an incredible word of electronic music and spins his career a different direction. From then on he works as a full-time DJ and organizer of unique parties around the Moscow-city.
In 2007 Samir introduces his own radio show about electronic music titled “Chustvo Ritma” (Sense of Rhythm) on Moscow radio station Megapolis 89.5 FM. In a few years the show gains a popularity and becomes one of the best radio shows about electronic music in Russia. In 2014 Samir starts a record label Chustvo Ritma Rec.He wants to expand the scope of dance culture and believes that electronic music can express the deepest thoughts, emotions, and true human greatness
